Parent Pay 

Balby Central Primary Academy is a Cash-less School and uses  a web based application called ParentPay which is  simple, safe, convenient and your child no longer needs to carry cash into school.

ParentPay provides a facility for parents to pay online for school meals, trips, after school clubs, uniform etc.

You can top-up your ParentPay account online  by debit or credit card, or in cash through PayPoint stores.

Ask for more details at Balby Central Primary Academy reception, and you will be given  a letter containing your ParentPay account activation details . You will need these to activate your child’s account. Please state if any assistance is required to help activate your account.

At Balby Central Primary Academy we use ParentMail as a form of  communication to ensure all  queries and messages are promptly dealt with and shared between parents and staff within school.
