School Closed -Christmas Holidays

School will close to all children at the end of the day on Friday 20th December 2024 for the Christmas break. We re-open to welcome everyone back on Monday 6th January 2025. 

If you are worried about a child and wish to speak to someone urgently, please contact Doncaster Local Authority Safeguarding Team on 01302 737777 or at weekends call 01302 796000.

If there are any urgent concerns about a child's mental health the duty team can be contact on 01302 796191. 

Any information required for school staff or the office team can be emailed to admin@balbycentralprimary.co.uk and will be picked up as we return back to school. 

We would like to wish all our families and school community a lovely Christmas.

Let's get physical!

We have had lots of fun getting physical in our outdoor space. We set up lots of different activities and games. Some children loved throwing beanbags at the huge tyre targets, some enjoyed the obstacle course and many played football, cricket and running races. Some children used the crates and tyres to make their own transformer! We have some new equipment coming to school soon, so we are looking forward to sharing that with you!
