School Closed -Christmas Holidays

School will close to all children at the end of the day on Friday 20th December 2024 for the Christmas break. We re-open to welcome everyone back on Monday 6th January 2025. 


If you are worried about a child and wish to speak to someone urgently, please contact Doncaster Local Authority Safeguarding Team on 01302 737777 or at weekends call 01302 796000.


If there are any urgent concerns about a child's mental health the duty team can be contact on 01302 796191. 


Any information required for school staff or the office team can be emailed to admin@balbycentralprimary.co.uk and will be picked up as we return back to school.

We're all going on a summer holiday!

For the last 2 weeks, we have been talking and writing about holidays! We have thought about where you can go, by looking through holiday brocures and how to get there. The children have enjoyed pretending to be travel agents and we have been creating trains and planes in our outdoor area, using the crates. Lots of imagination has gone in to our work!
